Galileo® in Vancouver
03.02.2010
This new training mode challenges and trains the neural system by random changes in frequency to which the muscles must respond. Especially in intensive forms of training, this additional challenge can cause further changes in neuronal excitability, which can not be achieved by a conventional workout. In addition, the random frequency variation in the low frequency range supports rapid regeneration after intense exercise. These new function are of special interest for high-performance sports.
From 12 to 28 February we will speak with the athletes about the various forms of training in the Energy Center in Vancouver and are in direct exchange with them.
Look forward during this exciting time with us to many interesting reports.
