Objectives
- Body stabilisation
Posture/foot position
- Basic position
- Bend upper part of the body in the vertical position to the front (45°)
- Arms hang down, knees slightly bent
Movement execution
- Bend elbows until the hands are at shoulder height
- Slowly straighten upper part of the body
- Move arms towards the ceiling
- No movement in the legs
- Return slowly in a controlled manner to the starting position

- Thighs
- Back

- Neck
Common errors
- Knees bent too much
- Bending of the back
