Exercise of the week (W35) Short side-arm press-up (Ex 95)


For more comfort place a thin mat on Galileo.


  • Strengthen whole body

Posture/foot position

  • Elbows in position 0!
  • Place hips on the floor
  • Stretch hips
  • Bend knees

Movement execution

  • Slowly raise hips from floor until knee, hips and shoulder form a line
  • Hold position for 5 seconds
  • Slowly lower again
  • Break for 2 seconds - put hips down on floor
