Objectives
- Strengthen whole body
Posture/foot position
- Elbows in position 0!
- Place hips on the floor
- Stretch hips
- Bend knees
Movement execution
- Slowly raise hips from floor until knee, hips and shoulder form a line
- Hold position for 5 seconds
- Slowly lower again
- Break for 2 seconds - put hips down on floor

- Shoulders and neck
- Back
