Exercise of the week W36 Stretch back of the thigh (Ex 26)



  • Stretch back of the thigh and muscles of the buttocks

Posture/foot position

  • Upper part of the body vertical, in step position
  • Front leg bent, back leg stretched

Movement execution

  • Bend upper part of the body in the vertical position to the front
  • Stretch front leg, bend upper part of the body further to the front
  • Hold stretching position for 20 seconds 
  • Change legs, repeat exercise

  • Calves
  • Thighs 
  • Buttocks

Common errors

  • Knee buckles away to the inside or outside
