Objectives
- Stretch back of the thigh and muscles of the buttocks
Posture/foot position
- Upper part of the body vertical, in step position
- Front leg bent, back leg stretched
Movement execution
- Bend upper part of the body in the vertical position to the front
- Stretch front leg, bend upper part of the body further to the front
- Hold stretching position for 20 seconds
- Change legs, repeat exercise

Where does it vibrate?
- Calves
- Thighs
- Buttocks
Common errors
- Knee buckles away to the inside or outside
