Objectives
- Mobilisation of the shoulder and neck
Posture/foot position
- Knee in all-fours position in front of Galileo
- Turn hands to the inside on the training platform
- Bend elbows slightly
- Let head hang loosely
- Let head hang and relax
- Depending on the ability the weight is more or less shifted from the knees to the arms
- Shoulder, stomach, back and buttocks are tightened
- Move the body over the shoulder forwards and backwards
- To increase the effect: stretch the elbows
