Review: 7th ISMNI International Workshop

The 7th International Workshop on Musculoskeletal and Neuronal Interactions was held in Bergisch Gladbach close to Cologne from Mai 20th to 23rd. The two Chairmen of the workshop Prof. Eckhard Schönau and Prof. Dieter Felsenberg could present a very interesting program covering a wide range of muscle and bone interactions.

The International Society of Musculoskeletal and Neuronal Interactions (ISMNI) is a non-profit scientific society whose mission is to enhance the knowledge of the interactions between tissues and organs coordinating in the function of the musculoskeletal system.
One key concern of the ISMNI is to bring specialists of the different involved fields together in order to create a broad fundamental knowledge base and to enhance inter-disciplinary collaboration. A good mixture of young researchers and well established international experts provides an excellent opportunity to exchange expertise.
