- Improve ability to balance
Posture/foot position
- Basic position
- Upper part of the body vertical
Movement execution
- Raise heels as much as possible
- Hold end position for 20 seconds
- Slowly return heels to starting position
- Enhance the exercise: without holding
Frequency, position and duration
Where does it vibrate?
- Calves
- Back
- Slightly in the thighs
Common errors
- Knees go away to the inside
- Ankles buckle
Variations
- Bend the knees (ex 1)
- With dumbbell
