  • Stretch calf muscles

Posture/foot position

  • Basic position
  • Stand only with the forefoot on the standing surface 
  • Upper part of the body vertical

Movement execution

  • Heels positioned over the back of the platform
  • With stretched knees push the heels towards the floor 
  • Hold the end position

Frequency, position and duration

Where does it vibrate?

  • Calves
  • Slightly in the thighs

Common errors

  • Heels not pushed far enough down towards the floor
