  • Mobilisation of the shoulder and neck

Posture/foot position

  • Knee in all-fours position in front of Galileo
  • Turn hands to the inside on the training platform 
  • Bend elbows slightly 
  • Let head hang loosely 
  • Let head hang and relax 
  • Depending on the ability the weight is more or less shifted from the knees to the arms
  • Shoulder, stomach, back and buttocks are tightened 
  • Move the body over the shoulder forwards and backwards 
  • To increase the effect: stretch the elbows
